It was clean and comfortable

My tv didn't work and when asked them to fix it. Desk said sorry it's house keeping job. In the morning at checkout Desk clerk said sorry I can't do anything about it.

The front desk helped us move rooms

When I booked they didn't tell me the room I booked was a mile away from check in! My son was sick and we did not want to have to drive another mile after having driven two hours to get here. They did put us in a room in the main hotel however it was a smaller room and located right by the bar so it was very noisy through the whole stay. They refused to give me a refund for the difference from the larger room to the smaller room which was about $50.00.
