"Good"

Roaches in room; pool area about 100 degrees and not ventilated (very strong chlorine smell); bad odor in guest hallways. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel needs some TLC, some serious bug spray, and some reno in the pool area.

Everything was good overall. Just disappointed that treadmill was not working. There needs to be a repair done the floor was separating from the base board. Please fix the air conditioning in the lobby.

"Excellent"

Our room was nice. The noise from upstairs and our neighbors were heard but not the worst. The bed wasn't all that comfortable but the pillows were good. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Being able to have/make meals in our room was definitely a plus. Couldn't enjoy the pool bc the chlorine was overwhelming and burning our eyes. But overall we had a good stay

The air conditioning is broken in the lobby and hallways. One ice machine for the property is not working, one laundry with two washers and dryers, one of each is not working, and no soap was left for guests in the room. Paint in the hallways is peeling, and the carpet is dirty. Another dirty, unmaintained Hilton Property. Disappointed.

"Needs a modernization"

For me, the location is the most important - it is located 2 min from my workplace. The staff is always nice. I really like that it is an apartment.

The hotel is in desperate need of a modernization And there was no yoghurt at breakfast.

Location

The jacuzzi was out of order, the ice machine was out of order , the pet fee was $50 and not disclosed and the suite reeked of stale cigarette smoke and the bath tub was slimy. The shower head was so clogged with mineral deposits it barely worked

The suites were very large and beds very comfortable. Especially liked the large refrigerator. We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was not as good as expected. Would have liked to have waffle maker and cereal options. The cookies in the afternoon were a nice surprise. Will definitely stay here again as it is close to family. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel.
