Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Eagan

I was placed at this hotel via Delta due to a flight delay. The shuttle was prompt (you MUST call to let them know that you are waiting). The driver was kind and respectful considering how exhausted and stressed we were, due to missing our connections. Once at the hotel, check-in was a breeze. Beautiful lobby. Front desk reps were amazing. There is restaurant service till around 9, which was great as I had not eaten all day while flying and checked in around 8 pm. The cheeseburger was so, so good and they put everything in the bag you could possibly need. There is also a little bar, which I did not take advantage of due to exhaustion! There is an elevator, and hotel is very, very quiet. Hallways were super clean and everything smelled nice. The room, which was on the 4th floor, was beautiful and immaculate (loved the walk in closet area). Lighting was special to me (headache), as there were adjustable pin lights so lighting could be dim or bright. I chose dim and it was very restful. I had a late checkout and went down in the morning to get coffee which was great. Also, there was infused ice water. Breakfast looked great, reasonably priced, but I chose not to have anything. Shuttle back to the airport was perfect and driver was amazing! I could chat with him all day, he was so interesting! I would 100% recommend this hotel. They clearly understand how to treat people under very stressful circumstances in addition to maintaining very high standards for the hotel itself. Thanks to all!

We arrived at this Hilton Garden Inn after flying for the previous 26 hours from SE Asia. We were welcomed by Alyse & Hannah at the front desk. They were so pleasant and accommodating with any concerns we had. They cooked one of the hotel pizzas & poured us wine from their small bar. They were so patient with us. The room & beds were so comfortable, we slept like we were at home. Gary & Toby, who were our shuttle drivers were very pleasant on our free shuttle to MSP airport. If we return to this area, we will stay here again.

Great customer service, friendly staff. Nice gym. Breakfast service was great and the breakfast burrito special was amazing. This should be a regular breakfast item!!

Had a pool. Close to restaurants and stores.

Walls are thin. Could hear the people above us walking around - seemed like they were stomping. Cable wasn’t working well until I called the front desk to send someone to fix.

It was clean and just what we needed for accommodations.

We could hear our neighbors as if there was no wall between us.
