reception staff was super nice and very professional

the room was dirty, the linen were stained, the floor was damaged, the fitness center was 100sqft, the pool was dirty, the breakfast eggs tasted days old, my wife felt sick afterwards

Great location ( just off I-480) with no road noise. Friendliest staff, clean spacious room and comfortable bed but no complimentary breakfast ( was surprised that attendant gave us a $16 bill for me and $10 for my wife who just had oatmeal and fruits). Would be very cautious and next time probably ask before picking up a plate as we were not really hungry and we had a buffet lunch we are hosting nearby. Was spoiled by previous Hilton stays with a welcome to Hilton Honors with water and snacks but was told when front desk was asked that water is in the room ( $3.00 for non HH members).

Have stayed at this hotel 1-2x year for many years. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are looking worn down. Room needed to be repainted, old piece of candy on the carpet, bedding is worn, unpleasant odor in the rooms also.
