Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland/Twinsburg

We were told breakfast was included and then it was not. However the staff allowed us to have the breakfast but otherwise we would not have eaten. It was certainly not worth the price they were asking. It was mediocre and just like all the other hotel free breakfasts.

Everything was great, location, customer service, and friendly staff.

Tried to make a reservation at the advertised rate for WRA reunion, whic was $134 per night. The agent told me that was correct, but then said the total would be over $600 due to additional taxes and fees. That more than doubles the quoted rate. This is ridiculous. Avoid this place, they are scamming you with fees.

The gym in my room was a big WOW factor, 👍

Great place to stAy

The hotel is well situated for access to the area. The price point is reasonable. The hotel needs to be updated; the rooms and hallways are becoming shabby.

Location great, surrounded by several eating places and gas. Clean, warm environment. Checkin lady was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was home cooked with plenty of options.

I was here for a couple of nights during a business trip and the stay was great. This hotel is in a great location, is comfortable and quiet and is in close proximity to many restaurants. The staff were very friendly, and I particularly enjoyed the bartender downstairs. She was very personable and went above and beyond. Will definitely stay again if in the area.
