The room itself was okay but the bathroom needs an upgrade. There was black mold underneath both soap holders and around the tub. There is also rust forming around the tub drain. The toilet would not flush properly, which required several flushes. Out of 4 elevators, only 1 was working. When I reported these things, the response was “we’re working on it”. Hopefully so, this was not my normal experience with this hotel chain and very disappointing. When I was checking in, another customer was complaining about their room so the problems may not be isolated to one room. At least the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Only one elevator works (and even that one went down, be prepared to take the stairs or wait approx 20 minutes btw there are 12 floors so request a lower floor just in case) pool area needs A TON of work there were broken tiles all around the pool, there are only like 6 lounge chairs now definitely not as many as in the pictures, chairs are broken, the pool water is cloudy cloudy and there is sand at the bottom of the pool but no beach insight (see picture) TIME TO CHANGE THE SAND IN YOUR FILTER SCRUB THE WALLS AND SHOCK IT, I really chose this place because of their resort style pool as pictured ugh, rooms are basic value rooms but ours was clean, no stains on sheets or pillows, bed was average, pillows were flat, sink in bathroom didn’t drain, lights burned out in our bathroom and throughout the lobby, hot water handle in our bathroom pulled out, tv had a blue/purple hue while watching any channel and a lot of other guests said the same, the outlets in the room were loose and because of that wouldn’t work my husband said that’s a fire hazard but I couldn’t explain why. Coffee in the lobby seemed like they never changed the coffee filter just added water

I want to like this hotel and the check in experience was nice. The rest… well it is a sad state of affairs. The condition of the property is poor. I’ve read reviews showing one elevator working out of four for 2+ months. Still not working. The pool area could be nice but it is grim. Tonight, a poor guy that knows nothing about running a bar is stuck working during happy hour. He didn’t know the menu. I’m so sad this hotel seems to be falling fast.

Elevator issues only 1 was working,, later Friday night the 1 that was working broke 💔. Saturday morning some repairs done now there's 2 working

While this Hilton property is located in an excellent area with plenty of nearby attractions and conveniences, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the complete failure of the hotel's elevator system. The building has four elevators, yet only one was operational upon arrival—and unfortunately, that elevator eventually stopped working as well. This created significant challenges for guests, especially elderly individuals and those with mobility concerns, who were unable to access their rooms for several hours. The staff remained courteous, professional, and empathetic throughout the situation, and I appreciate their efforts. However, the inconvenience was substantial and affected many guests who were in town for important events, including weddings, family reunions, and funerals. A prime location and friendly staff can only go so far when basic accommodations are unavailable. Unfortunately, this was one of the most inconvenient hotel stays I have experienced and a very frustrating way for many guests to begin an important weekend.

The hotel only had one serviceable elevator. The wait times were 15 minutes or more just to use the elevator. I heard it has been this way for a couple years. If that's the case management should be switched out.

From the outside, I was impressed but once I finally got to my room, I was very disappointed. Dates furniture showing overtime signs of distress. Place is desperately needing a remodel. Worst thing was the elevator(s). Only one seemed to be working and it wasn’t working well. Not acceptable for a building of this size. Got on to go to the lobby by myself and hit then L button, we immediately went to the penthouse twice, back to my floor and finally down. No on got on but me. Bathrooms are aged, no body wash available in the shower. Also, what kind of a hotel has a bar that closes at 9 pm. Unacceptable
