Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport

I did not partake of the hotel breakfast- but did eat the breakfast catered at the on-sight meeting

Very helpful. Enjoyed the stay. Great service. Has restaurant on site.

It was centrally located

Didn't have a pool, got charged twice from the bar, driveway not plowed very dangerous, beds were uncomfortable and got called at 7:30pm for a noise complaint.

Nice staff, shuttle service was on time and nice

I spent one night at this Hilton Garden hotel by the jetport. I left my Jeep there during a short vacation flight. When I called the hotel for jetport shuttle pickup they did not come and pick me up, as promised. I called every 15 minutes for their shuttle and stood waiting an hour. I messaged them four times with no response. I have a handicap. I struggled to walk back to the hotel with two bags. Their answer was “their shuttle is not owned by Hilton.” The Hilton Garden name is on both sides of the shuttle van, so it represents them and works for them! I asked for my parking fee be refunded and they refused. No apology.

We have stayed at this hotel several times because we were in town for concerts. However this time, I am not sure what happened but the flushing of the toilet was all messed up; the lights/lamps in the room did not have bulbs, none of the electrical outlets on both the bedside tables and lamps were not working and finally the desk was barely standing on 4 legs, it was so wiggly.

Worked out great for a quick business trip
