Disgusting! Stains, worn out furniture. Terrible.

The property was filthy, moldy and run down. The doors were broken and torn, patched with card board pieces, the carpet stained multi colors and tub black. The smell was disgusting and rotten. I walked out and went elsewhere. Do not go

The hallway smelled horrible and there was a recliner in the room that should have been in the dumpster.

Terrible management that was rude when I asked for a refund due to the smoke smell… mold and broken amenities in room.

The chair was peeling. The hallway reeked of tobacco smell. No receipt & no e-mail w/ receipt.

The place is filthy, the rooms stink and the breakfast is a joke, the fridge where they keep the milk is just disgusting.

There was a dirty hand towel in our bathroom on the back of the toilet. There was some "goop" in the floor by the toilet. The toilet had black mold between the tank and the base - VERY easily seen - The shower walls were screwed in - Overall terrible experience. This was our 3rd (and last) stay at this hotel. Maybe a management change caused it go down hill. I asked for an extra pillow and the clerk said "we don't accommodate extra pillows" - WHAT ?? Overall - on a scale of 1 to 10 - this stay earned the hotel a 2.

Hotel was dirty tile in bathroom was all broken. Didn’t expect it to be great but I expected it to be clean. I’ll never stay at a America best value again

I would not recommend this place for families. The hallways smelled like weed and there wasn't enough staff on duty to do the job needed. Also breakfast was the worst ever. Little Debbie snacks, that's it. If you ever forget or leave something behind, they want to charge you $10 per day to keep it and it is not guaranteed they will have it for you when you return to pick it up. Customer service was terrible, phone was ringing forever because again, not enough staff. Special requests were also ignored.
