Sleep Inn Franklin - Cool Springs

On third floor heavy smell in hall of curry spices. No tissues in room and desk stated none available. Easy Chair in room very old and fake leather was peeling. All else okay.

The room had bed bugs or another type of insect infestation. I have never seen a dirtier room, dirty walls, carpet, chairs, hairdryer, etc. I felt very unsafe due to the number of migrants wandering the halls with hoodies. I checked out I went to another hotel - I am expecting a full refund of the money I paid to Expedia for this property. Extremly dissatisfied!!

Great service! So friendly and great location for the Pilgrimage festival. Bed was comfy and the shower had a rotating shower head!

The room was filthy. Never cleaned during my 4 night stay. They only changed the towels. Asked to have the room cleaned and vacuumed. The manager pointed down the hall and told me the vacuum was in the closet. I don't work for the hotel,why should i be cleaning it. There was dust everywhere. I wont stay there again and i am in this city for the next 3 months

The room was stinky & the towels felt like sand paper. I air dried to keep from rubbing that hard towel on my body. I know it’s not a 5 star hotel, but this was disappointing

This hotel appears to have not updated, repaired, replaced anything in over 20 years. From cracked concrete to chipped paint, old and tipped carpeting, visible mold, rotted wood , smoke discolored rooms, walls, antique phones that don’t work, antique key system that doesn’t work, front lettering on sign missing letters and needs paint, chipped paint on old roof, stopped up sink in ladies bathroom that my wife brought to mgr attention on Thursday that was still stopped up on Monday, dirty windows , dirty mirrors, no maintenance and no drive to do better from the staff . If the owners don’t care they have no incentive to make it better. It would be a good location for a nice hotel. The Spanish workers that occupy the first 2 floors and get a special rate fironh stay is the only thing that’s keeping this place open. Pretty pathetic .

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms with daily housekeeping.

Room was dirty had mold and smelled bad but it was cheap and somewhere to sleep that’s all we needed it for.

The room needs a remodel job. Visible mold, broken lamp shade, chipped paint , but a comfortable bed.
