Great hotel. Very crowded and the service at the outdoor Lobby Bar is terrible. Other service issues in terms of help getting a ride to important meeting and Covid testing - you’re on your own. Shouldn’t be that way. Otherwise good service and great pool.

Great views and great rooms. Looked to be the nicest location on the water compared to other hotels we saw. Morning breakfast was excellent with a ton of choices.

Great location and view. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We stay in executive Rm for 5 nights but after the 4th day, they still did not change the bed sheet until called the recept to do so.

Overall staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very average. The breakfast was very well done! The pool was not really as beautiful as the photos showed. You don’t get private beach access (must pay for your chairs). Overall it was a pleasant stay but far from what I would consider a high end hotel.

Service average to disappointing but expensive room rate!

Very good location. Service is outstanding. Good restaurants. Recommending a dinner at the Japanese restaurant.

Great stay at Hilton. Daniel at front desk took great care. of us.

Overall property was lovely. Service excellent. Hotel staff is too busy and outside taxi service somewhat disorganized.
