Marvellous hotel, flawless, attentive service, amazing breakfast

The breakfast was amazing and the twice a day room cleaning service was very effective. The location was good and the view was dramatic. There was some construction after hours but we did not have significant issues related to this.

Crap hotel for price. Staff not very welcoming. Many small mistakes in room service and in room facilities. Would not have booked this hotel had I known no hot meals available on Saturday. Second late.

Hotel is in an excellent position. Room was adequate. Bathroom was very small. Concierge services were outstanding. Hotel staff very friendly at reception. However breakfast was inferior for 5 star Hotel. Fruit was of an inferior quality. Service was bad and you have to look for waiters to receive service. Generally hotel not as good as other 5 star hotels that we stayed at in Israel.

Great location for closeness to both beach and pool, wasn’t as busy as we expected in August. Service from the staff was excellent, room decor slightly dated but clean and bathrooms are contemporary and pleasing. Friday and Saturday the place becomes a bit of a zoo with the pool area becoming challenging. Bar that would stay again with kids.
