I have order ocean view room and Got a parking lot view

The hotel is on the beach and is in a great location. Those are the pros of this hotel. Our room was near the elevator and was extremely loud..,every night until 2/3am. The hotel is huge so the noise is loud, elevators are very slow and crowded and the service isn’t great. They came to do turn down service at close to 11pm. The breakfast service was slow to get coffee or to clean the tables between guests. I love Tel Aviv and this area is great and it’s nice to be so close to the beach but this hotel did not feel like a 5 star hotel at all.

On my last day the air-conditioning broke and they didn't inform anyone until check out.

The food selection was limited to vegetarians. A Hilton should have a choice for guests that are not Jewish and will like to eat meat ( at least a burger ) or at least quality chicken.

Always like staying at this hotel but they really do need to update the rooms. They are still 80's design with a high price tag.

Everything was great except 1. He bathrooms had a sliding door with no lock and little space where you could see from the bed to the bathroom. Not so good for 2. There was a balcony but it was a little hard to get out because of the furniture in front of the door to the balcony.

At cheking out i ask to do it at 1.30 pm en strsd of 12 en i had to call a super viser end had same dificulti to do it

Great local restaurants (Hotel food prices very high)

This is one of the nicest hotels in Tel Aviv — and the location on the beach is great. But, the hotel really shuts down during Shabbat (fewer elevators resulting in 15-20 minute waits, restaurant serving a small selection of food, gym closes at 6, etc.) so if you don’t observe, it could be an inconvenience for you. The service was not great for such a nice hotel — for example, they declined to provide bottled water for us before our 8-hour tour. Next time I’m on Tel Aviv, I think I’ll try one of the newer hotels — this one seems to be resting on its laurels as the most established hotel on the beach.
