I had to pay a $50 deposit the rooms wasn't as expected and I did not stay at all because of it I left at 4:00 in the morning I was very uncomfortable and was back home

We stayed here because it was convenient to a concert at the amphitheater. On our arrival at 4 pm our room wasn’t ready. We were told it would be just a few minutes. We were anxious to get to the concert venue but we stayed near the front desk for 15 minutes, wandered around and spent some $$ at the casino and grabbed a coffee. It’s now 530 and we still don’t have a room. We took our luggage with bell check and left. When we got back ( from a sold out concert) there was one employee for both front desk and bell services. It was still a hassle to get our room and their way of making that up to us was a $25 food credit. It’s 1145 by now and there is only one stand serving hot dogs and pizza. We already had a $20 food credit and ended up not using any of them as nothing opened before 8 am and we left before then. The bed was average as was the shower. The room was definitely not very clean…dirt and dust in the corners and muddy shoe prints on the floor before we even entered the room. We also found several pieces of confetti in the bed and on the floor. I wouldn’t avoid this place if it were exactly what I needed…but for $430 I was pretty disappointed.

No shampoo conditioner or body wash. Other than that great stay

It was great!

You could hear everything through the walls and fans should be kept in rooms. Other than that it was an excellent stay
