Hampton Inn Nashville-I-24 Hickory Hollow

I felt safe. The staff were great. I enjoyed the breakfast.

The WiFi is not good.

Breakfast was great. Checking in and out was easy.

The hotel needs a refresh. Its warn out and dated. It also was dirty. My shower had mold on the ceiling and everything felt like it needed a deep cleaning. Also, my mattress was not great.

My car got broken in to and no one cared. I told the front staff and they only told me to call the police. There was about 12 cars that got broken in to. There was no security in sight.

You are greeted by music playing in the parking lot. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. no noise complaints- and I am a day sleeper. Anything you ask for is taken care of quickly

I cam for my granddaughter 1st birthday party and my son daughter-in-law and grandson were driving up Saturday morning and the gentleman at the desk allowed them to check in early because the birthday party was at 2 o’clock and my son is a type one diabetic and needed to get his insulin under refrigeration and they allowed them to check in early so they could change and get the insulin under refrigeration I thought that that was just exceptional service and meeting the needs of the customers. Great job would recommend that place to anybody coming to Nashville and thanks again for the great hospitality and the great breakfast.

Ok for an overnight stay. Pros: —Easy access from I-24 —Bed was comfortable. —Check in was quick. —We are Diamond Hilton Honors and were offered water/snack without having to ask. —Nice charging outlets on the desk and bedside table so plenty of easy-access outlets for phone/tablet/watch. Cons: —Funky strong air freshener smell throughout that was NOT really pleasant and made me get stuffy overnight. —No coffee downstairs in the morning until 6am. My hubby is an early riser and at 5:15 they told him to take last nights cold coffee and microwave it in the room. Eeeww. —Tried the little coffee pot in the room but it was unplugged so had to crawl under the desk to get the plug. Not the easiest thing when you are 74 with two bad hips! — Hair dryer in the room didn’t work — Overall just felt a little dirty - like they cleaned the ‘broad brush’ areas but missed attention to detail - Cheerios in the elevator door track that had been there a while, grungy light switches, very dusty charging block on desk — We didn’t stay for breakfast because we needed to go find real coffee Overall….. not horrible, but just not great. Missing the small things that usually make me love a Hampton.
