Hampton Inn Nashville-I-24 Hickory Hollow

Great breakfast and maid service. Other issues with front desk customer service though. Was unexceptionable until housekeeping helped us

Property needs to be updated. There was pink mold in the bathroom. I have always stayed on the first floor but had to put on 4th and the hot water in the shower took forever to heat up.

Property old and outdated with old carpets - obviously filled with dirt collected over time.

Excellent breakfast. Quick check in.

Room 203 sat above the hotel entrance where they play music (which seemed) all night. It kept waking me up. I thought it was noisy neighbors...but. no.

This place is disgusting. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come provide service. I rang the bell multiple times.
