"The room was clean and comfortable however staff was not friendly and unhelpful. We ended up checking out after 36 hours"

Property was close to location of event we were attending.

The staff was unfriendly, not helpful and downright rude at times. There was nowhere stating the property had no parking and you had to pay $40 a night to park or valet for $40.

"Love the location even if parking is an issue!"

Location was perfect for the film festival I was attending. And the bonus regarding location is close proximity to St. John the Evangelist Cathedral, one of my favorite cathedrals. I was able to attend mass in the morning before heading home!

A friend texted for a ride home since her flight was delayed. It was completely unexpected. I realized I hadn't checked out so I called instead. One service person said I was checked out and another said no I wasn't so there was conflicting info. Also, the parking is a bit expensive for overnight at 777 Rockwell garage.
