The hotel met expectations in most ways. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The coffee was great and always full. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for visiting the Rock Hall and exploring downtown. The only complaint was a $120 incidental rate per room. I have stayed at other Hampton Inn hotels where the charge was half of that. Otherwise- it was great!

The Location was great. Beds comfortable

We got 2 different prices about the parking. We arrived a little early, rooms were not ready which was ok. When we came back in an hour to check in the for the 3 rooms, the lady said not yet, I will call you up. Within 5 minutes she called my sister up and I asked if my room was ready and she said no, but when she finished checking my sister in, she told her to let me know that it was ready 😳. Room Window needed cleaning, cobwebs on the interior window sill and on the ceiling. As Hilton honor members, we are used to getting water at check in, but when we inquired about it at the front desk, she raised her voice saying it’s only for diamond members and reluctantly gave it to my sister so I didn’t even bother to ask. I mean it’s just water.
