Accusing someone of smoking in a room when they didn't, searching them, then refusing to refund them is HORRIBLE. You people are monsters and conducted an illegal search. You accused us outright of something we did NOT do. Then when you found NOTHING, you refused to refund us. We did NOTHING to be treated so poorly. Your alarm was FAULTY AND YOUR MAINTENANCE MAN TOLD YOU THAT INFRONT OF US. It is DEPLORABLE how you treat LOYAL HOLIDAY INN customers. Disgusting. Horrible. If we don't recieve a refund, we'll be contacting our bank or even taking legal action to get our money back. Horrible. Awful. Deplorable. Disgusting. Evil.
