"Poor service and quality. Rude check in clerk. Noisy Construction in front of building."

Very rude slovenly check in clerk. Did not honor top floor request made 3 months in advance. Clerk Promised at check in to not give us a room facing the construction site, then did give us such a room and was huffy when I went back to her. When I asked for a room key for each person staying in our room she muttered “Jesus” under her breath. Loud noises and pounding from room above all night. Smell of burnt chili in the hall drifting into our room. My autistic daughter had a meltdown. No compassion form the staff. If you like this kind of experience you should stay here but it’s not for me.

"Not a high end Holiday Inn Express"

I think it is probably better than a lot of the other options nearby. The breakfast was adequate.

They concreted the jacuzzi even though they have a picture of one. The pool area was kind of dirty. The hotel seemed like it was an older hotel that was converted to a holiday inn express. It was a little lipstick on a pig, but had the main elements of a holiday inn express, just not to the standard I am used to when I stay at a holiday inn express.
