"Horrible experience and a complete rip-off."

NIGHTMARE experience. Checked in to the room on 3/14/26 to find bugs crawling on the ceiling and flying all over the room in general. Spent about 20 minutes flushing them down the toilet only to realize more and more kept coming out of nowhere. Also the floors were very dirty and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. Went downstairs to the desk attendant to express my concern and see if we could be given a different room. I was told that the only other rooms available did not have hot water. After a little more time in the room it was clear that this was not going to work. We decided to check out of the hotel after about an hour of being there. I was still charged the full amount for the stay and management has not been responsive to my many phone calls to discuss the situation. Do Not Stay Here.

Room was very dirty and full of several bugs. Poor management

Was ok. Good variety

Pool was being updated and we weren't notified in advance. Tub was plugged and we had to Switch rooms. The fact it was plugged with oatmeal makes us believe it wasn't cleaned at all before we came or staff would have noticed it was entirely plugged. The room smelled heavily of smoke.
