All was good

Upon arrival (8p), the front desk person was not very friendly. She was on her phone while guest stood at the front desk. Oddly, when I handed her cards (debit &ID) she wouldn’t hand them back to me. She would only place them on the table for me to pick it back up. The room was not great either. It was carpet and it was clearly dirty! The water didn’t drain in the bathroom sink and slow to drain in the tub also. Long story short…. STAY AT TRU.

Horrible service. Air didn’t work half of the time. Sold pop that was expired & then acted like I was lying when I told them it was flat.

Good property

Last minute booking while on the road. Good value for the price- clean room and property. Walkable to the Walmart next door, which allowed for refreshing our supplies on our road trip. Beds were very firm. Standard continental breakfast but well stocked and clean dining area.

I cannot believe this place has any decent reviews! This was the nastiest hotel we have ever been in and at $300/night. Mold in bathroom, dirt in all corners of room, trash under beds! I can't believe Hilton allows it to have their name!

A recent stay was very disappointing. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. We had traveled 12 hrs so we let it slide. The fridge was barely cool but no dial or lever to make it colder. The mattress was hard. My husband slept in one bed and me in the other. In the morning there was a gross make up/oil/pee stained pillow next to him. The pillows were clean on the outside when we checked in. I turned over the other pillows and 3 had a similar disgusting stain on them. When my husband took the pillow to the front desk the clerk apologized but made no effort to reimburse any money. We also accidentally left a suitcase there and didn’t notice until 8 hours later. They never called us to say we forgot it. The housekeeper/maid and laundry people should be fired and the clerks need to improve their customer service. No more Hampton Inns for us.

Pool was cold and we reported it. Too cold to swim for everyone

Staff was nice and clean and comfortable.
