Outdated farmhouse decor. Rooms need updating with modern conveniences like walk-in shower (no tub), clothing hooks, cell phone wall mounted tray and k-cup coffee maker.

I stayed here during a family member's police academy graduation. I usually work out, but I went to the small gym that had one, but unfortunately, it was not open. There was a sign on the door saying it was not working at this time. No worries, so I went to the pool, which looks nice, it def needs to be resurfaced with paint coming off the bottom and rust on some of the metal fixtures. Also, there was a fan pointed at the corner of the wall high up. No painting was being done, so that was a bit confusing, especially since I was told they had no fan that I could borrow for the evening. The worst part of this stay was my room. The table between the beds was almost hanging off the wall (it was attached but barely), and the microwave did not work, so I could not warm up my dinner. The carpet had red stains on it, and the cupboard that held the fridge was very broken, and something was spilled all over the fridge and the cupboard holding it. The bathroom fixtures had rust stains, as well as the base of the lamps. I will not be back at this hotel. I spoke to the front desk person, Hailey, and told her about the microwave, and she acted as if she could not be bothered. As of this review, I have not heard from anyone to whom I left messages and emails.

The fridge was not cold. Couldn’t adjust. Was told by front office that we could adjust temp on back BUT HOW can we get to the back. It is wedged in there. Microwave is so low and the drawer it is on won’t let you pull it out because the cord is too short. So at 72 I had to sit on the dirty carpet to heat something in microwave. Totally unacceptable. I can’t believe I paid over 200 $ for such a cheap looking room. The only thing good was the shower was good but they expected me to use soap that many other people had touched.The towels were nice and soft but very little toilet paper either. Front office staff pleasant and tried to be helpful but this property is run down and Particularly micro and fridge were terrible. This certainly isn’t worth the 200 dollars. I come through here 4-5 times a year but won’t make this mistake again to stay at this Hampton.

Easiest check in and out ive ever had. The lady working when I checked in was absolutely fantastic and the young man working breakfast over the weekend was so helpful, and pleasant to talk to! Truthfully, this was probably the best hotel experience I've had in the last 2 years and I travel a lot for work...

Room was next to stairs, very noisy with loud outside door

Property was dated, fitness center was out of order, and the elevator smelled so heavily of cleaning chemicals it gave me a headache

Storm damage in the area but the hotel was great

Shower head does not have full pressure as half of the water still flows out the tub faucet
