Hampton Inn Fishkill

The staff was amazing. The room was so nice and the bed was very comfortable. I didnt have breakfast but I did see a waffle maker! Nice little pool area right by the lobby. Would stay again.

Breakfast and location was close to interstate highway.

Shower head was lousy. The half glass wall shower wall didn’t stop water spray. Floor was covered after showering.

Booked a king room and had to take a double instead due to a water leak.

Horrible customer service,was charged 81 for 1 pet fee and a 50 sucurity dep on chevk in in addition to the bookin.com fee for ro om ..The first room we were put in had a messed up bed base that was very noisey,changed rooms and the that room ac not working and the tub did not plug, and microwave was dirty,when checking out had to call tto get someone to come to the desk ,I asked for receipt and it showed charge of 160 plus and then she said I owed pet fee in addition ,I asked her what the 160 plus was for as I had paid booking 180 plis for room and she said thats a third party and had nothing to do with yhem so so far we have paid 300 plus for the room and she said I will be chatged more

The manager Kathy was very rude to me

We got there in the middle of a giant snowstorm. The staff were extremely nice, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice even though no supplies could get there.
