At check-in, they charged us more than what Expedia said it would be. There was hair all over the wall of the shower. The front check-in person was rude. We were by the elevator and it was excessively noisy with children, running up and down the hall and then a lot of noise at the elevator.

TV only had a limited number of cable channels and no local network channels. Front desk person contacted the manager and blamed it on the cable company but the problem was not resolved before we left. Room was OK, clean and breakfast was good

This hotel should take the bed in room 309 out to a field and burn it! It’s so hard, I couldn’t sleep well either night that I was there. My back was killing in the morning. We asked for the towels to be switched out and housekeeping never showed up all day. We were asked to bring our dirty towels down to the front desk to receive new towels for our second night’s stay. Why couldn’t they have brought them to our room instead? The fan in the bathroom is loaded with dust and the shower’s caulking is so dirty and gross. This hotel is not maintained well at all and needs a lot of work. The microwave was about 15 years old with a dial to set the time for heating. The fridge freezes waters if you use the fridge in the room. This place has a LOT of opportunities to improve!

Great staff, the young lady at check in was super nice to my wife. We had a great night and breakfast was awesome. We lucked out and found a great Mexican restaurant next to the hotel. Overall we had a great stay.

This hotel has amazing staff even down to the owner of the hotel. I would like to thank them for everything. I will forever recommend this hotel to friends and I will definitely stay there next time I am back in town.
