Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis-Wolfchase Galleria

Our first room was not what we expected with only 1 bed. But it worked out since we had my grandson and needed the space for his pack-n-play. We stay here often, and always have good customer service.

It was so good!! They staff was friendly. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was very good they kept it fresh. I loved the variety. We will be staying here again

Great except the pool was closed. I picked the hotel based on the property having a pool. Wasn’t informed at check in, it was just locked.

Staff was wonderful, and my grandkids loved the chocolate chip cookies.

Not the quality of Hampton experienced for years. Furniture and carpet very run down.

The floors throughout the entire property were visually dirty and in some areas sticky. The floor in my bathroom left black dirt all over a white towel that was on the floor. No hot water during my stay in the evening or following morning. Strict no refund policy meant no compensation. Stay elsewhere!

Close to everything didn’t have to go far to eat or places to go

Room was very updated and comfortable. No odd smells. We had asked for house keeping to come . They came once in 6 days. Only grabbed our towels. Elevator was scary so we took the stairs. Stairwell was very dirty. There were chips on the floor when we came and 6 days later they were still there.🙃 Continental Breakfast was good. Nice variety.

The room was absolutely filthy. Stained carpet, furniture and lamp shades. Bad smell. Pink mildew all over the grout around the tub and black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Corners and baseboards looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Carpet in hallway was full of crumbs.
