"Great Memphis hotel option."

Overall we had a great experience. The hotel smells a little weird, but like a cleaning chemical (I didn’t hate it, but just FYI). The room felt really clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. I gave it 4 stars because the breakfast area is a cramped and the only creamer option was sweetened/flavored. I liked the dog area that had two poo-bag stations. We didn’t use the pool but it looked wonderful. I would gladly stay here again.

We always stay here because it’s close to everything around town and the hotel is clean, staff are friendly. Easy check in and out. Kids enjoy the pool as well. Breakfast is good for a buffet and complete. We love it here.

The lady checking us in was in a terrible mood and rude. Terrible way to start a stay. There was mold all over the bathroom and the coating on doors and walls was bubbling and peeling. The Air Conditioning didn’t run unless we turned it down super low. There were several cockroaches around the pool. The breakfast in the morning was the best part. All four of our kids found something they liked and really enjoyed it.

The hotel was conveniently located for our visit. The parking left a lot to be desired with only 3-4 handicap spaces, and lots of Diamond members parking, and the back lot blocked off after a certain time. The room was nice, but the floors were not cleaned very well. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.
