"Disappointed "

The room wasn't very clean and needs some maintenance. The property was filthy. Someone who works there should be walking the grounds daily to pick up all the garbage. It looked awful. Take pride in your place of work.

"One of my best hotel experiences ever!"

This hotel is the best!!! The rooms are clean and modern, as well as the whole facility. A large selection of breakfast items are put out fresh each morning including everything from gravy to fruit and yogurt. The thing that impresses me most is the friendliness of ALL the staff. Everyone appears to be enjoying their work, and are very anxious to help you in every way.

The Inn is very conveniently located in east Memphis, near shopping and restaurants, including the Wolfchase Mall. The in-house breakfast was generous and fresh (eggs/omelets, sausage, potatoes, pastries, oatmeal, cereal, juices, coffee and tea, fruit). The room was clean and well stocked with towels, bath supplies, etc. Bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was efficient and responsive. Staff was very pleasant. Exercise room was clean and well maintained. We'll definitely book here when in Memphis again.

Easy access to hotel off main interstate. Think prior guests towel was left hanging on the hook behind the BR door. No regular coffee in tray, only decaf. Breakfast staff did nice job.
