Location

Breakfast promised was not delivered. Check out staff Alex? Was not accommodating and lied about not giving a receipt. The lady that handled the breakfast was nice. I believe a partial refund is due because the breakfast promised was not delivered. Claimed oven was broken.

"Everything was good except the loud noise on the 3rd floor."

The oven broke and in a few days they don’t serve hot breakfast plus we arrive Dec 23 until Dec 30 and we have to ask to clean the room , they did it only one time
