Hampton Inn by Hilton Irvine East - Lake Forest

Property manager should be investigated by Hilton. We arrived at night. Male Asian front desk worker was sitting down, drinking soda & chewing food. He did not honor or acknowledge our Diamond membership. He didn’t even stand up to greet us. We had to bargain back & forth about late checkout being extended from 11 AM. Other Hilton hotels give as late as 4 PM to Diamond member plus a welcome gift of chips & water. This worker said by the order of his manager no Diamond member receives late checkout or welcome gift even water. We asked the worker for any room that’s most quiet no matter what floor or where. He assigned us a room directly facing the pool & jacuzzi with 10-15 people playing & screaming until 10 PM. Horribly managed team & hotel. Hilton needs to investigate & hire better staff. No excuse for having a lazy worker drinking & eating on the job. No excuse for failing to honor Diamond perks for guests who’ve spent the time & money to earn the Diamond tier.

They have a good dog policy, so we've stayed there a few times. Property is clean, beds are good. Lots of nearby shopping and food options. Will be back again.

This property has the nicest and most accommodating staff I have come across in a long time. I stay at different hotels several times a year. My room was clean. Gym was clean. Surprisingly quiet too. My only issue is breakfast was just okay. Lots of options but hot food wasn’t hot enough. The hotel is located near several shopping areas, walking distance.

No issues with the property. I prepaid on expedia, who somehow did not pay the property, who wanted to cancel my reservation. I spent two hours on the phone to Expedia and had to get nasty to get them to finally straighten it all out.

It was a short stay and I came in late. I was checked in very promptly and in my room inside 5 minutes. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. I was coming from another time zone so I was up at 3am and so pleased to be able to get a fresh cup of coffee in the lobby. The room was well laid out, quiet and just what I needed.

Facility: Very old and ill maintained , elevator is very outdated and slow(it feels like it will breakdown any second) Room: -room curtains dont work, Shower Gel empty, AC old and very loud, windows have no isloation (feels like sleeping on the street) -Flooring of the hallway was bumpy and unsteady Key cards didnt work(had to go back to the reception to reactivate) Very disappointing experience and not worth the value for money at all

早餐比较好吃，满意。人员都很纳爱斯，还帮我延迟退房到11点45分了。可以免费寄存行李，对出差的我来说很重要。离酒店不远就有超市和中餐厅，步行可达。

房间有点味道，铺地毯的酒店大多都这样，开窗开门通通风就好了。
