BT Live Tulum located at the party zone

The location was great. The personnel were very pleasant, accommodating n helpful... Kevin, Nancy n the waiters. It was next to the beach... great location. It would have been better had our residence was w/o roof leaks n cockroaches.

There were leaks from the roof n part of my bed, the refrigerator, n front part of the entrance got wet. We killed 2 cockroaches. Our food were kept in the refrigerator. Other than these, everything else were good.

Lovely location on the beach. Very relaxed and chilled place. Bungalow was great and very spacious.

This resort is imperfectly perfect! I went with my gf and we were met by one of the owners, who was awaiting our arrival! We were brought to our room, brought a shot of tequila and our vacation was on route, even with a 12am arrival. I am a truly seasoned riviera maya traveller, and have mostly been an all inclusive traveller but lately have been trying smaller hotel type places out and this one really in its own class. We stayed in a semi waterfront cabin, semi ocean view, no tv, but it had ac .it was a straw roof hut, 20 ft ceilings, and we could hear every wave, and every wind gust. Even though it’s in the fun zone, the majesty of those noises drowned out the fact that it’s in the fun zone folks! Bring a speaker, hang out on one the most beautiful beaches in the world, the store is next door and when night time comes, get dressed up and with a quick walk out the front gate, you have endless options of food, stores, beach clubs ect literally at the front door! This was the no frills, beach cabin vacay we never really knew we needed that brought us to the best all around vibe we have ever experienced in the beach hotel zone of tulum, October 26 to Nov 2 2023. Can’t wait to go back

well, overall, this is a wonderful hotel located directly at the Caribbean with white sandy beach, palm trees, baby sea turtles and so on. the prolongation of my stay was executed by the one of the hotel managers who was very helpful, BUT: see further below…

… However, I have to admit that the first night I booked was horrific due to the diesel generator next to hungalow 11 which kept me awake all night. However, thanks for booking I made an upgrade to the seaside apartment where I had no whatsoever noisy disturbance and enjoyed the stay very much! The included breakfast consists of a few fruits and a tiny amount of yoghurt and filter coffee .. everything else like eggs is quite costly to order separately….

Great little beachfront hotel. We didn't really expect that much as the price was really good, but were pleasantly surprised. Location is great, both for the beach and the strip. It's close to the clubs, etc, but not so close that the sound ruins your sleep. In fact at night after the beach club shuts down, it's pretty quiet. Staff were great, spent many hours on the loungers, enjoying the ocean and a few drinks and snacks. The hotel is in a nice spot on the beach, closer to the water than some others, and it's a smaller hotel which didn't play loud music all day, which you get from some of other bigger "day clubs" All in all, we would definitely go back.

Great location and friendly staff. Beautiful and comfortable atmosphere

The location is amazing, direcly at the beach, and next to all clubs and bars of the hotel area. The hotel beach is private and you can walk barefoot into the ocean from your bungalow. There's also a small terrace for each bungalow. In october, baby turtles hatch there, it was beautiful to see. It was the perfect accomodation for our stay, I would definitely recommend :))

There were corckroaches in the rooms, despite the staff's efforts to fumigate them everyday. The sea was full with garbage ans algees which made it difficult to swim. The included breakfast is healthy, which I really appreciate, but unfortunately quite light, and you have to pay extra if you want eggs.
