BT Live Tulum located at the party zone

Location was an amazing , free parking . Rooms are big enough, staff is very friendly , clean , breakfast not too rich but okay . Rooms need maintenance.our shower had was broken. Needs a music during the day .

We loved cabin #1, right on the beach. Literally watched the sunrise from our window. The staff at BT Live Tulum is amazing. They really know hospitality. Even though its "at the party zone" it's fairly quiet in the evenings. So you can walk a short distance to the party if that's your thing, and retreat back to sound sleep.

Can't really think of anything we didn't like, but for some this may be an issue: There are no walking paths in the hotel. When you walk out the room, you're walking on sand. People with mobility issues may find this challenging.

Got to our room and was not happy with, as it was not what the pics sugguested. Asked for a different room and they were so fast to respond and very happy to accommodate! They offered an upgrade at no extra cost and no questions asked. The new room is what we had first expected and we were very happy with it. Still right on the beach with a great view. The hotel-provided breakfast was steps from our new room, the beach was steps from our room and our parking spot was steps from our room. All the staff were pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcome. I gave it 4 star for room condition because the roof had a very small leak/drip on our last night's stay in a torrential downpour. I will be happy to book here and stay again next time i am in Mexico. Thank you to everyone there!

Location and view was amazing.

Very difficult to get to due to traffic. Be prepared to stay there unless you want to sit in traffic to get out of the beach area.

Nice location on the beach with a convenience store across the street and all the shopping etc. The breakfast was plentiful.

There was no running water in the morning and nothing was done about it even after we mentioned it so we all had to use the public bathroom in the restaurant and no one could shower. For the price, it's just ok. The area is very very expensive... The restaurant across the street, Funky Geisha (made a to go order as it was pouring rain and my parents are older) was $200 Canadian for 3 basic noodle dishes, a California roll and an appetizer chicken skewers, no drinks.

BT Live was a great spot to stay in Tulum. I’ve been to Tulum beach on about 6 different occasions over the years and this place is one of the originals with great room space and location. Tulum has changed over the years and yes the beach clubs can be noisy but the one nearest BT Live not too bad. From the Cabanas you can hear the ocean. Staff were great. This is a pretty chill place, not a party location so you can really relax. I would return.

The location, the experience, the staff and the breakfast were all perfect. We had the best Christmas ever at BT Live Tulum and are hoping to come back one day. Wi-fi was working perfectly for us, including on the beach. They had fresh beach towels everyday, enough sun loungers and beach beds for all guests and security made sure no intruders entered the property from the road or beach side.

Some amenities could be upgraded, such as the shower or window blinds, but honestly, you barely need anything if you wake up with a Caribbean Sea view, palms around you and a bit of fresh breeze.

The prime location on Tulum Beach makes this resort an ideal choice. We opted for the Royal Cabin, situated right on the beachfront, providing an unparalleled view for those looking to maximize their beach time. The convenience of being steps away from the shore eliminates the need to lug your belongings to the beach. Additionally, there's a beachfront massage facility available. However, our experience was marred by some drawbacks. Two weeks before our arrival, attempts to secure assistance for booking a ride from Cancun Airport (it's a 2 hours drive) went unanswered, receiving only automated responses from the chatbot, despite multiple attempts via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, despite notifying the hotel of our late check-in, we received no response. The security personnel assisted with check-in, though they were unsure of our assigned room, initially guiding us to the wrong one. Pros: - proximity to everything - you're right on the beach - very clean - you don't get an ordinary hotel room - There are two grocery stores 2 min away from the resort (1. check 30 meters after the main entrance, on the main street, and 2. on the street across the main entrance, behind the Funky Geisha restaurant). Cons: - Breakfast options - very poor, we weren't provided with a menu, it was just verbally told to us - consider the noise and humidity from the sea (we knew about the noise and were ok with it, but humidity related we didn't expect it to be that high, our clothes were wet al t
