Bungalows are right on the beach - it`s a pleasure to wake up with the sound of the sea. Kevin is always happy to help; he suggested me a very nice tour of the Maya site :)

Breakfast could be better - cappuccino only for an extra price, should be standard.

"Don’t stay here"

Close to the beach

MY ROOM WAS BROKEN INTO. My door was broken and they told me not to “assume” things, despite my door clearly being broken … check in is at 3pm, my room wasn’t ready until 4pm. $50 for 2 drinks and guacamole?! Originally asked me for cash, said card machine was not working, miraculously worked. Don’t stay here.

The location, the beach, free parking, friendly staff, fridge and A/C in the room.

The free continental breakfast is really basic. The prices of food and drinks in the bar / restaurant are quite high (like everywhere in the zona hotelera), but there is a small fridge in the room so you can bring your own drink.
