early arrival and late checkouts were not noted on our reservation even after confirmation

Very clean and we'll decorated. Only complaint is the curtains in the room were sheer and let the street lights in and no black out curtains to cover while sleeping.

There was a nice unpleasant odor in the room when we first entered. Then noticed a foot-sized hole in the wall next to the window and a bundle of wires with bare copper ends next to the AC unit. Requested an ADA room, but the layout made it impossible to open the front and bathroom doors simultaneously, which wouldn't have been a problem if the bathroom door had stayed shut. The only way to shut the door was to slam it or put a shoulder into it, and if you forgot before leaving the room, the bathroom door would prevent your re-entry into the room, making the entry super awkward. Combine all that with apparently very thin walls (3 am neighbor's alarm, followed by repetitive slamming of something), and what appears to be respiratory congestion due to allergens I would not recommend this hotel. If possible, stay somewhere else. If all you need is breakfast, it was adequate (just avoid the light roast coffee.)

Our morning hostess/desk agent was fabulous. Very welcoming and personable. Our room however left something to be desired. The was a large square hole in the ceiling of the bathroom full of dust bunnies. The pipes under the bathroom sink needed a cleaning, and the ceiling in the main room, the plaster coat appeared to have fallen down and hadnt been repaired .

Hotel is acceptable but overpriced. I paid for the hotel at the time of reservation. When I checked out, I was charged again! When I pointed this out to the front desk manager, she said she had no record of my pre-payment and refused to do anything about it. I called Hilton customer service, who did have a record of my pre-payment. The agent even called the front desk to resolve the issue, but they refused to do anything. I have a case open and will do a CC charge back if need be. Avoid this property. Very poorly managed!

The room booked had a musty smell..front desk service was great. However i booked a king size bed and got 2 queens..i believe the owner was there at somepoint, addressing employee wasn't very professional or productive. There were no refreshments offered and vending machines weren't stocked, or offered, other then water or a very limited choice.
