No where near Hampton inn standards. This hotel looks like it came straight out of the 80s. Wallpaper missing. Baseboards not even cut to fit correctly. Bathroom was filthy. Noisy! There’s a railroad track out back and hospital out front with constant police sirens and ambulance sirens. No safe in room. We paid $200 a night for this. No where near with the cost. And I must say the memorial outside our window behind Waffle House was a bit unnerving. Like someone was murdered there.

Well maintained and clean, friendly staff that was helpful

Someone charged my friend’s card after I already pre-paid the stay. It was quickly rectified. Breakfast could have had some gluten free cereal/bread/pastry options. $375 for one night was steep due to Bonnaroo about 20 miles away.

Very kind and greeting staff. Bed was great, firm and comfortable. Room was very clean and had everything I needed, and was very quiet over night. Breakfast buffet was great and varied each day I had it. I previously stayed at Quality Inn and what a change in quality and comfortability this was. I highly recommend this hotel for business travel where a good nights rest is required. I will happily stay here again.

Property smelled as you entered. Our room wall was damaged. Bathroom door stuck on the floor making it difficult to close. The property NEEDS to be renovated. We stay at Hampton Inns across the country and this was a BIG disappointment!

The property definitely needed an update. Hall carpets were really ugly and there were gaps between sections. Sticker inside elevator door showed signs of unsuccessful removal attempts. Door to our bathroom stuck. Worst...the pool wasn't open but was half full of filthy "water" and trash. Absolutely disgusting,
