The open window in the living room the blind didn't work to close it. Street lights came in while we were trying to sleep.

The location is great. We could walk to the WW2 Museum, and Caesar's Superdome. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy check in and check out process. This was our second stay in NOLA at a Roami property, and we would do it again!

The room wasn't as clean as our last Roami room in NOLA. But other than that, everything was great.

Getting into the building! Codes not working.

The staff representatives that I spoke with were great. The location was exactly where we needed to be and the unit was very spacious . However, the unit was subpar in cleanliness. The bottoms of our feet and white socks were black from the dirty concrete floors. We wore shoes after experiencing this displeasure. There were dust bunnies in every corner, under the sofa, stairs, behind doors, etc.The mattress of the pull out sofa was very soiled. We paid an exorbitant amount of money for those dates and would never have expected to pay for a unit that was in need of deep cleaning and a new sofa bed mattres. I paid extra because there were three of us and we slept in the same bed because no would could bear the thought of the sofa bed.

Entry code didn’t work when we arrived, it took around 30 minutes to get the code from the helpline. The property was clean but definitely not spotless

Where do I even start? The place looks amazing in photos but there are tons of problems. - From the moment we arrived, we couldn't get the unit door to open because it was jammed. We had to call the onsite security who had to force it open. - Next, their internet stopped working every 10 minutes. We reported this to the management but they couldn't get it fixed during our 3-night stay - We couldn't sleep well either because some electrical device was constantly beeping 24/7 right outside our unit. - The bathroom sinks were clogged. If you made the mistake of keeping the tap running for 2 minutes, you'd now have to wait 10 minutes for the water to go down. - The place wasn't cleaned well either. There was dust and hair in some places, and a single piece of sock behind the couch. We later found stains on one of the bedroom cushions which looked like sem*n stains. - Finally the blinds did not sit flush against the windows, so despite being closed, people on the main road could see directly inside the room. We couldn't wait to get out of this place. Unfortunately, all other hotels were booked full so we didn't really have a choice.
