Massive amounts of growing Mold covered up , broken dryer , coffee maker , ice maker , shower head and very slow drain , entry lock set busted completely During rain wall leaking huge amounts of water into the unit …. What did management do? Ignored me and offered $80, For 4 days my family stayed in mold infested unit and they placed furniture to cover it Disgusting awful practices I will be contacting city about this property

The clean team came out and offered to let us in 10 minutes before time since we were standing outside with all our luggage and our unit was ready. Which was very nice of him. However I noticed later that there was a charge of $115 for early check in put on my card! He NEVER mentioned that, or we would have stayed standing outside for those last 10 minutes! I have put in a dispute with my credit card company.

Room was clean, spacious, and well lit. Kitchen had a solid collection of cooking utensils. Was a very short walk to the train station.

Furniture was cheap, with some appeared to be falling apart. Half of the doors were not square and would not close properly. The drawer in the bathroom had a busted track, which was likely broken for a while. The area did not feel safe for a solo traveler to be in after dark.

The smart lock took too long to open/close. The door looked as if it had been jimmied open at one point. I didn’t feel safe. The space had an aweful tight smell. urine smell and stains soaked the couch and carpet. The carpet was not vacuumed. Stains on chairs and throw pillows. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Long story short, I went to the store to get disinfectant, bleach, air deodorizer and cleaned the place so I could be comfortable. I bought some cheep blankets to put on the couch after I sprayed disinfectant. I also bought disposable sheets I swept. Never walked on the floors barefoot. I really wanted to stay there when I booked. I was so disappointed that I had to do the cleaners job first

please get the water heater fixed, if two person showering the water isn't as hot and the pressure from the shower head is not as strong

Overall, it was a positive experience. The location fantastic—close to the city center and major attractions, with a great Rouses grocery store just two blocks away. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed, providing plenty of room to relax after a day out. It had a lot of potential to be a perfect stay, but unfortunately, there were some maintenance issues that took away from the experience.

The sinks were leaking, and both the toaster oven and dishwasher were not functional during my stay. These details, while not deal-breakers, were inconvenient and showed a lack of attention to upkeep. That said, I would still recommend this property, especially for its prime location and overall comfort. It would be even better if they addressed the maintenance issues, as it would elevate the experience from good to excellent.

Short walk if your in town to see games at smoothie king or the Superdome

The bedrooms were a lot smaller than expected especially after seeing a unit that had a loft and more spacious. I texted maintenance about a clogged toilet and water leaking within his duty hours and he never showed up. We were there 2 and a half more days leaving us with 1 bathroom.
