Paid for a 2bd/2ba. Notified the property immediately about a broken bed frame. We kept telling the property daily about the issue. Property never fixed issue during the entire 4 night stay. Property never called back as they said they would to remedy the issue. Therefore, we were down to only 1 bed for our entire stay.

Property was unique and easily accessible however, unit needs repairs. It had broken front door knob, broken cabinet drawers, TV service was spotty with internet issues. Remote to TV didn't work in the main living area. Small insects in the half bath. No hairdryer. 3rd floor unit plumbing is hanging over the master bed so flushing toilets through the night sounded like it was raining over our heads all night. Smell of weed in master bedroom and bathroom was overwhelming upon arrival. This unit has 2 story tall store front windows so street lights kept everything lit up all night. There was no window coverings to block the light up in the bedroom. Coffee amenities were nice and kitchen was nice and clean. Threating signs through out made us uneasy to touch anything. "if you do xyz, there will be a $500 fine". For the price and added fees, we wont be back.

The master TV didn’t work! The blinds were messed up. The blinds to the window was broke . & the apartment had ants , not the type to complain but it was my birthday and I’m the one with a non working TV .

I’m writing this review because I booked a room here for a staycation with my fiancée on Christmas Eve. Everything was fine initially, but then I received a call asking about the purpose of my stay and whether I was local. I explained that although I’m originally from New Orleans, I’ve since moved away. We booked the room to spend Christmas Eve night together before returning to our travel assignments. After a brief hold, the agent informed me that my booking was being canceled because it was "only for one night." If that’s truly a policy, why would they need to ask if I was local? More importantly, why was I even able to book in the first place if it was an issue? This was a deeply unprofessional experience. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

My third time staying here, I’ve stayed at many other locations in New Orleans, and it’s is my favorite! Will be back again.

Mostly everything

The only thing that I didn’t like was the parking situation and they need new blinds. Other than that it was really nice
