Roami at Motorworks

Be aware that they're charging a huge pet fee. It doubled the price of our 3 people stay in two bedroom apartment, and we didn't know about the size of the fee until it was too late to cancel the booking.

1. Force of water in shower was weak. Bathroom not clean. Toilet not clean We had to clean the whole bathroom. Carpet in one of the rooms was very old and torn and dirty. Not even vacuumed. We had a very bad experience overall. Will not recommend anyone.

TV connection very poor. Needs attention. Otherwise superb!

I checked in with my guests last month. At first glance, everything looked okay and visually appealing. However, upon closer inspection, the space was not very clean. The floors were dusty, and the area rug in the living room was filthy. The central air stopped working on the first day, and there was no air circulation. A few hours later, we discovered urine in the corner of the shower. One morning, it rained heavily, and I woke up to a large puddle in one of the bedrooms caused by a leak from the ceiling. I reported all of these issues to both maintenance and the host at the time, but no one ever responded or addressed them.

This was my second time staying at this particular property and, once again, it exceeded all expectations. The units are ideally equipped with all of the amenities one could need and security mechanisms integrated into building and units offered tremendous peace of mind for me and my hyper-aware sister who traveled with me :).

Great location

I really like the apartment, it was clean and very comfortable.

I didn’t like that one of the living room blinds was broken, the dryer machine was broken and we have to pay for parking.

Lots of potential.

Check in, was not provided with the code, just the text. Had to message to get the code.. Missing blinds, broken windows and doors. Door lock jammed and had to be replaced, took forever to get assistance. Hot tub doesn't work. Unit 402 bathroom outlets didn't work. Master bedroom had no blinds or curtains. We had no clean bath cloths available the entire stay.

Location and lay out of the room. Very modern.
