"Great place to stay"

This is the second time we have stayed here and we will come back again. The room was clean and quiet. Lynn, the night receptionist was friendly and helpful.. The breakfast was great and the 24 hr. coffee is appreciated.

Poor room lighting. Desk lamp did not work, reported and maintenance never came.

"Excellent"

The Do Not Disturb signs slip off the door handle EVERY TIME. Must bend over to pick up the sign and put back on door handle EVERY TIME. Very annoying.

"Staff is great but everything else is a mess!"

We went for a soccer tournament. The poor guy at the desk was frazzled at check inโ€ฆ but not very accommodating. My first room smelled like mold/mildew. One elevator was broken which isnโ€™t a big deal on lost days but not on a holiday soccer and hockey tournament weekend. The gym was not working either and is so small! The shower didnโ€™t drain, the pillows are not pillows, they are folded blanketsโ€ฆ basically place is in need of MAJOR repairs and upgrades. The cleaning ladies were very kind, Jesus was a gem and helped my family get a new room. The staff was the only good thing there. So please help them by FIXING things!
