This Hampton is in an excellent location for our visits to Longwood Gardens. Itโ€™s decorated nicely and bed was very comfortable. Staff person very kind and helpful assisting with s quiet room for us. Breakfast was good and dining area kept clean and welcoming. My only complaint is that the room smelled very musty (Iโ€™ve seen this complaint online before with this property) and I had some difficulty with tolerating that. Hampton needs to find a way to resolve this!

The drapes in the room are divided into two sections. The right side is normal. The left side is "make it do". The deskchair was noisy and the seat rocked left and right. A towel hook in the bathroom looks ok until you hang a towel on it. Then it comes out of the wall.

The staff and hotel were very nice. The breakfast was fine. Overall I would recommend you stay here. The only problems encountered were the shower was very noisy-shared the problem with the management. Also both destination chargers were not in service-was told they had requested service but there has been no response.
