深夜トラブルがありましたが、連絡がとれ対応も良かったと思います。

前に泊まられた方なのかな？ ベットの下や洗濯槽内など 動物の毛が。ペット禁止の宿ですが持ち込まれる方もいるんだなと思いましたし。部屋のお掃除をもう少し細かくされた方が良いかと思います。
