River View Garden Resort

Breakfast was not included. But the place was adorable and right on the river. We were given a two person kayak to use and the manager Jay was very helpful, polite and even gave us a battery jump when for some reason, our car wouldn't start. Excellent stay.

Oh, who knows, guess theres always room for better. But we had a good time and all was fine!

This property had an acceptable bed.

The staff was extremely rude, the smoke detector went off 4 times through our first night here and the next morning. we told the staff and he “fixed” it by completely removing the smoke detector

The host is great

Jay is terrific and the gardens are beautiful. The place is a little older but very pleasant. Could use a deep clean, though, in places like the window sills. Could use a new mattress, too.

Really disappointed Cottage was extremely small I got charged $25 extra for having my partner. Flat rate is for one person only and then 25 extra per person really. Got charged $45 had to pay cash for my dog when the property said it was pet friendly when I originally booked. Can't flush your toilet paper down the toilet and take more than a couple minutes shower without running out of hot water. Plus I was really confused considering it said this place was a resort it's 2 houses converted into Hotel rooms. All in all description of the place was completely inaccurate. And I paid close to $300.
