Super great and friendly service.

We loved it the room was dated but quiet and comfortable.

The bathroom was very small and couldn't flush due to drought. Understandable but not fun.i would stay again.

The pictures made the room look bigger. It was very pricy for a small amount of space. The view was beautiful though. The bathroom is extremely small.

Location

Dirty entrance way. Cobwebs and live spiders in the room. Visible mold on walls and bathroom floor. Bedding not washed. Lightbulb out. Unsafe electrical hook-ups. Decking outside room entrance spongy and uneven. According to Booking.com, breakfast came with this booking. Was informed after checking in that breakfast was NOT provided.

This place is right on the river and has nice views from the lawn. They had grills available for BBQ, which we took advantage of. It is a pet friendly place. The grounds are big and nice to sit out in. The manager was nice and pleasant to deal with.

The total for our 1 night stay was $227, off season, but our room looked like it should have cost $99. We had a ground floor room, which the only way to see the river is to leave the curtains open so everyone can see in. The room was clean, but looked cheap and seedy. The bed spread was circa 1970"s, the art on the wall too bad to describe, the curtains were a dark mustard yellow. They had a single bed jammed in at a 90 angle to the queen bed. You would have to try hard to make this room uglier. When I told the manager, "This looks like a cheap motel room", he said, "I know, we haven't remodeled it yet but I don't have any other rooms." If they just changed some cosmetic aspects of the art, curtains, and layout it could be nice.

Loved the casual atmosphere and the warmth and help of the host Jay.
