River View Garden Resort

The property manager was very kind. Although my daughter and I enjoyed our stay, the place could use a little remodeling. It’s pretty outdated and could use some TLC.

We stayed for one night and the services was great! Yes the building is not modern, but it is beautiful. Monte Rio is a beautiful,lush,friendly town. The only down fall is hard to walk with no sidewalks and cars driving fast.

I stayed with my daughter for a week for a school trip. The motel is extremely quaint. It might be a little out dated but it has everything we need. Jay, the person who managed the property, is the most attentive, kind and helpful person. I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

This is a BEAUTIFUL piece of property with a lovely beach on the river. There are lots of flowers and areas to sit and enjoy the scenery. The staff was so lovely and helpful. The hotel and rooms are older and have a rustic vibe. Definitely not the place you want if you are looking for classy hotel vibes. We felt right at home.
