Noisy room

The staff here is awesome. They made us feel like family and willing to assist in any way they can. Had an issue from a room that was smoking on a non smoking floor and the staff resolved the problem. Annahi, was so helpful in providing additional services to eliminate the odor. Her attitude to help was amazing. Breakfast area, meal and staff were great. Food was hot and fresh and enjoyable. Room was clean and tidy. Love this place and will stay here again. No questions asked. Highly recommended

Good location

Room cleanliness is not a priority making it pretty frustrating coming back from work into unclean room. They could really improve this area, its is one of the pillars in this kind of bussiness.

One of the very best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Location was perfect, in the center of Phoenix near medical centers we were there to attend a conference at, walking distance to restaurants, easy to reach public transit. Staff were AWESOME to the core: friendly, professional, knowledgeable, attuned to guest needs. Housekeeping was superb! Everything was fresh, tremendously clean, well-stocked. The beds and pillows were super-comfy. From start to finish, this was a stat I’d love to have again.

It was on the St. Joseph’s Hospital Campus.

I stayed 5 days and my room was serviced only once. And very sloppily. When I questioned after 3 days why my room was not cleaned, garbage emptied , bed made or towels changed , I was accused of lying. “Our check sheets won’t lie” was the supervisor Sophia Malik’s response. In my 70 years as a dedicated veterans doctor I have never been accused of lying. Unfortunately I could not change the hotel as everything around convention center was full. Definitely staff needs education. Hospital needs cleaning. I will not use or recommend this establishment to anyone.

Gute Lage und große Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und esgibt den ganzen Tag Kaffee.

Der Parkplatz kostet extra. Leider gibt es keinen Zimmerservice.
