"Pay to park"

Since we were in Phoenix for medical treatment at he adjacent hospital, the location is superb. My only complaint is that the parking fee was not evident on Hotels.com at the time of my reseration.

The ladies upfront seemed friendly. The bedding was comfortable. The only issue that I was upset about was charging for parking. I wasn't expecting to pay for parking while I stayed at the hotel. You would figure parking would be included in your stay. Also, you have to scan the QR code for parking that is $10 a night. What they don't tell you is that they also tax you on the $10. So for one night of parking it came to $11.83. My purpose of staying was my daughter was having a brain tumor removed and extra charges was just so unexpected. What if some people can't afford to pay extra especially when a family member is in the hospital? Also, the door to the room had a big gap. But what I did like was there was plenty of outlets within the room.

"Prime Location"

Chalk another one up for Hampton excellence. The location here enabled us to take care of multiple tasks on our agenda during our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms large and comfortable. Breakfast was standard Hampton fare but it was hot and delicious for us. The Central Park plaza is about a block away and has several options to dine so all was good. Do be aware you will pay for parking here due to it's location in downtown PHX so don't act surprised.

"Covenant but really comfortable stay!"

Right across the street from st. Joseph’s hospital. I had comfort and I was close to my loved one!

Paid parking! Street parking is free just outside of hotel! -
