There was no hot water for my entire stay. Employees were not helpful. I will not stay at this property again. I will contact the corporate office today to informed the management of the details of my stay. Very disappointed with this property.

Staff was very accommodating. Airport shuttle was very prompt. Room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Walk in shower instead of a tub combo much easier to get in and out of. The water pressure was great. Very quiet for a great night's sleep before heading out on an early morning flight. Highly recommend.

We have to change rooms three times. The first room the air conditioning wasn't working. The second room no hot water. We had to take a shower in ice cold water. The three room was great the water were warm in there. We had to take a shower at 4:00 am so we can have warm water. Overall our stay was a 4 out of 10.

Close proximity to Pensacola airport; friendly staff; excellent breakfast; coffee/water throughout the day

For my 3 night stay, I had to be in 3 different rooms. Room 418 started having a water drip coming from the roof onto the bathroom counter. I was moved to room 422, which was next to the boiler room with an open door, and the loud noise from there came through into the room. While in the room, a fire alarm sounded throughout the hotel, which turned out to be a false alarm. Then I asked to be moved to another room due to the boiler room noise, and was moved to room 439. The room was quite cold, so I turned on the heater. As soon as it came on, the smoke alarm went off, so I had to shut the unit off completely for the remainder of my stay and informed the front desk of it.
