Hampton Inn Pensacola-Airport

I asked for attached rooms. Didnt get that and honestly i was ok with it, my famimy was only a few doors down. One room had no hot water. They knew we didnt but until we brought it to their attention did they tell us to run the sink, tub and flush the toilet a few times to get the hot water to the room. Holes in the ceiling where they were doing work on the building. One of the hot water heaters leaked all over the place. One room didnt even have hand soap. The beds were really hard and most of us woke up with back pain. Pool was down due to contruction. Water pressure was so low, it was hard to get the sand out of areas sand shouldnt be and made it hard to wash. The toilet had to be flushed more than once because the water level was so low. While all were things i could look past because i understand things happen, the fact that it all happened in one stay kinda ruined the stay as a whole. We decided to stay in town another night and checked into a diffrent hotel.

There was no handicap parking it was blocked off therefore I had to park on the side and walk

Shower valve was broke could not get hot water. Tried several times. A/C in room was not working luckily it was a cooler night. I always stay at Hilton I fact I’m a Hilton honors member. I would be staying here again.
