Room was clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle driver was great check in was quick.

The rooms furnishings need updated or painted. Several scratches on the furniture and bathroom door.

Room and breakfast area were clean.

Having to pay to park for a one night stay. I could understand this if I was leaving my car there and flying out instead of paying for parking at the airport. The staff is not the friendliest but he might be having a bad day. I come to Pensacola 3 times per month and will not use this hotel again. There is way too many places to choose from.

I got stuck in Pensacola when my flight was canceled due to weather. I found this hotel due to the proximity to the airport. Appearance wise, the room looks nice but i had so many issues. The room was cold when I walked in, it was about 48 and rainy outside so I turned on the heat. I went to bed and immediately found the first annoying thing. The light from the thermostat is so bright, it lights up the entire room. Next, the refrigerator is vibrating so bad that it sounds like a car idling in the room. Finally got to sleep and woke up at 3 am freezing. The heat was not working. After waking up every hour or so from the cold and the light, I got up to take a shower. Turned on the shower and no hot water. I let it run and still no hot water. I went to the sink and turned it on, cold was fine, hot water, nothing came out like the valve was completely turned off. In the morning, I could hear aircraft taking off so the rooms are not very sound proof for being so close to the airport. I got dressed and went to the front desk. The gentleman at the desk was not concerned. Didn't apologize, didn't offer me anything either for that stay or a future. Just said OK, I'll let maintenance know not even writing anything down. This gave me the impression that it was normal and they didn't care. For that reason more than anything, I would never stay there again.

"Pay to park charges card before it tells price"
