The elevator smell like urine as well as the 3 rd floor the pool water was dirty and no spreads on the bed

Was being remodeled, which we didn’t know when we booked. We could not use the gym or pool. The room was not cleaned properly. We had no toilet paper at all. There was a twin sheet trying to fit on a queen bed. The duvet was not put in the cover. There was food left in the fridge. The closet had nothing to hang clothes, and no where to hang a towel in the bathroom either. This was the worse Hampton I’ve ever stayed at.

I really appreciate the stuff. Everyone is so nice and friendly. My family really enjoyed the visit! There is one thing I want to point it out that the edge around the pool is a little slippery which seems like the same material inside of the bathtub. Maybe after the remodel will be better. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

"Be aware of construction!!!!!"

Construction going on and while room had paint fumes. We couldn’t stay in the room more than five minutes without experiencing headaches. Management refused to do anything to accommodate or refund our trip. The front desk could not get ahold of a manager or anyone one to help with an issue. After having to check out after fifteen minutes, corporate management was wonderful in helping out with the issue and refunding the room.
